Market Specialisation Using our vertical market strategy means that whether you are looking for a Developer, a System Administrator, a DBA or a Project Manager, your IT Matters Consultant is well versed in your area of need and has their finger on the pulse of their specific market. This strategy gives all of our clients the confidence to know that they are dealing with a professional, well informed individual who can find the best candidates for your business, first time, every time.
Your IT Matters Consultant will take the time to get to know you and your business which will enable them to source professional, like-minded candidates who are ideally matched to your requirements. We are in the business of building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and work with the attitude that no one client is more important to us than any other, regardless of size or expenditure, we're well aware that today's start up could easily be tomorrow's corporate giant.
Service Level Criteria Unless instructed otherwise, we will send just three candidates per vacancy. We are here to make our client's lives easier and realise that inundating them with dozens of resumes does not constitute an efficient service. We feel the fact that we send only three resumes shows that we are more committed to and are confident of finding the ideal match first time around. All of our candidates are screened before we send their resumes to clients. This is conducted in the form of a face-to-face interview in our offices (wherever possible) and a full written report that includes details of personal & technical suitability, presentation and communication skills.
As standard, we also conduct formal reference checks on behalf of our clients to ensure that the candidate's skills are as good in reality as they appear on paper.
ITCRA Certification As a member of the Information Technology Contract & Recruitment Association (ITCRA), IT Matters are committed to providing the highest levels of service and professionalism to clients and candidates alike.
