Market Specialisation Using our vertical market strategy means that whether you are a Developer, DBA, Business Analyst or a Systems Administrator, your Consultant is well versed in your area of specialisation and has their finger on the pulse of their specific market. This strategy gives all of our applicants the confidence to know that they are dealing with a professional, well informed individual who can find the best position for you, first time, every time.
ITCRA As a member of the Information Technology Contract & Recruitment Association (ITCRA), IT Matters are committed to providing the highest levels of service and professionalism to candidates and clients alike. In addition, all of IT Matters Consultants are either ITCRA Certified Recruitment Professionals or are currently studying to achieve the accreditation.
To achieve ITCRA certification, Consultants must have at least 12 months recruitment experience, have completed 18 hours of classroom training with an ITCRA approved training partner and have completed all of the required ITCRA learning modules. The course is then completed when the Consultant successfully passes a written examination set by the ITCRA training panel.
Our Clients IT Matters are proud to work with a number of Australia's leading corporations and are preferred suppliers to many household names. Our clients work with us because time and again, we deliver exceptional applicants in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. We understand that competition in the market is fierce and that we have to stay one step ahead of our competitors to flourish. With this in mind our Consultants are focused on providing quality over quantity and are educated in the market in which they work, which enables them to select the most relevant candidates for the positions available.
