This strategy gives all of our clients the confidence to know that they are dealing with a professional, well informed individual who can find the best candidates for your business, first time, every time.

Service Level Criteria
Unless instructed otherwise, we will send just three candidates per vacancy. We feel the fact that we send only three resumes shows that we are more committed to and are confident of finding the ideal match first time around. All of our candidates are screened before we send their resumes to clients. This is conducted in the form of a face-to-face interview in our offices (wherever possible) and a full written report that includes details of personal & technical suitability, presentation and communication skills.

ITCRA Certification
As a member of the Information Technology Contract & Recruitment Association (ITCRA) and the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA), IT Matters are committed to providing the highest levels of service and professionalism to clients and candidates alike. In addition, all of IT Matters Consultants are either ITCRA Certified Recruitment Professionals or are currently studying to achieve the accreditation.
